Product Characteristic:

1. The weights of 4D series damper are different, small one and large one. This type damper has 4 resonant frequencies from 6HZ to 120HZ, allowing the dampers to be effective across a much wider frequency range than standard Stockbridge dampers.

2.Connection weights with messenger cable by glue, offering better damper effectiveness and working life.

3.The 4D series dampers are suitable for use on all conductor and earth wire constructions including
ACSR, AAC, AAAC and galvanized steel wire, aluminumclad steel wire with covering the range of sizes from 7.5mm to 34mm.

Application Guide:

1.Vibration Damper can't be directly installed on the OPGW cables, installed with Helical Rods.

2.Calculate the installation distance, if it is within the Helical Rods, then installed as usual (Installed on Helical Rods directly). If the installation position of Vibration Damper is outside of the Helical Rods, you should install Helical Rods. The distance between the end of the Vibration Damper and Protection Rods must be more than 70mm.

3.The big Damper Weight of low frequency is close to pole or tower.

4.Confirm the quantity per span length according to cable strength, span length and topography.
