Product Introduction

Straight Suspension Clamp for AAC & ACSR Conductor are suitable for connnect suspension insulators into a string and hang the string in tower or connect strain clamp and insulator string in the straight line tower.

Features:
Pressure pad ensuring uniform pressure along the clamp Cross-grooved clamp channels of universal clamp

Cable suspension clamp:
Hot Dip Galvanized
SL Drop forged suspension clamp is made from hot rolled open hearth steel used to securely grip messenger wire.
The I0110 and I0180 are furnished with 2-1/2 inch track bolts and a center hole for mounting with an 5/8 inch bolt.

Guy Clamp:
SL guy clamp is used to secure hold the ends of the guy strand wires.Clamps are shipped with bolts assembled,and clamping bolts have oval shoulder to prevent turining when nuts are tightened. SL heavy duty clamps are drop forged from basic open hearth carbon steel material with straight parallel groove.

Crossover Clamp:
The SL cross over clamp is used to clamp two messenger wires where they cross at right angles. Two 1/2 inch diameter track bolt are furnished with the clamp.

 

Figure 8 suspension Clamp:
Hot Dip Galvanized SL Drop forged type figure 8 suspension clamp are use to securely grip the messenger wire over the insulation without damage to the insulation web of the integrated messenger telephone distribution wire. Furnished with two 1/2 inch track bolt.
