Product Description
GYFTC8Y:The structure of optical fiber cable is to sleeve the optical fiber into a PBT loose tube, which is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core, and the loose sleeve (and filling rope) is twisted around the center reinforced core to form a compact and circular cable core. The cable core and steel wire strand are integrated into an 8-shaped polyethylene sheath.

GYTC8S fiber optic cable is an outdoor Steel strand wire self-supporting cable. The loose tube is made of high modulus plastics (PBT), which are filled with water resistant gel. The corrugated steel tape is applied which provide for crush resistant. Outer sheath is made of UV resistance PE jacket. Figure-8 self-supporting structure provides high tensile strength and enables easy and cost saving aerial installations.
In the GYXTC8S cable, single-mode/multimode fibers are positioned in the loose tube, which is made of high modulus plastic materials and filled with filling compound. PSP is longitudinally applied around the loose tube, and water-blocking materials are distributed into interstices of it. Then. this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a PE sheath to be a figure-8 structure.
In the GYTC8S/GYTC8A cable, single-mode/multimode fibers are positioned in the loose tubes, while the loose tubes strand together around metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core, and the water-blocking materials are distributed into interstices of it. After a PSP/APL is applied around the cable core, this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a PE sheath to be a figure-8 structure.
Product Feature:
·The precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has good tensile performance and temperature characteristics;
·The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength, and the tube is filled with special ointment to provide critical protection for the optical fiber;
·During installation, there is no need to place additional steel strands, which increases the construction speed by 3-4 times;
·Take the following measures to ensure the waterproof performance of the optical cable:
·A single steel wire center reinforcement, special fiber paste filled in the loose sleeve, 100% cable core filling, and double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) improve the anti moisture ability of the optical cable, and good water blocking materials prevent longitudinal water seepage of the optical cable.
·Operating temperature: -40 ºC to+60 ºC;
·Bending radius: static 10D, dynamic 20D;
